Raccoon in the attic

Lady calls because she is hearing these loud noises up in the attic at night. Ladies husband sticks his head up in the attic to see what's going on... He thinks it's a burglar because of all the thrashing, but can't quite pinpoint the source. A loud crash and he sees the shadow of an animal. Lady calls me :-) this is the culprit.... And she's really sorry....

Mice infestation

Building treated for mice in downtown SLC a few weeks ago... Went back today and they were laying all around the exterior foundation...dead :)
